We include up to 3 areas within our fees and charge just £75 per page to research schools and populate additional pages for you thereafter.

Unlimited information pages

There’s no limit to the number of pages and page layouts that we can include within your website. All designed to match your branding, colourways and the specific objectives you have for your website. Simply let us know which pages you want to include, and we’ll design and build them up for you. We’ll even import the content from your existing website or add any new content you supply to us.

Tenant fees / pricing

Want to communicate your pricing structure? That’s no problem. We can design and build a pricing layout to communicate your individual pricing structure.

Contact

Your professionally designed contact pages ensure visitors can quickly and easily locate your offices or complete a contact form. We include your address, contact details, a contact form, map, street view and can even include photos of your office. We include up to 5 individual branch pages and charge a notional one-off £49 +vat per additional branch page thereafter. 

Data Integration

Your website can take database feeds from all the leading property software providers including Jupix, Vebra, Expert Agent and many more. If you prefer to have a standalone property feed, that’s ok too. We have our own dedicated property manager that you can use, which also automatically posts new properties to Facebook and Instagram. Optionally properties can also be posted to Rightmove, Zoopla and On the Market.

Easy website editing

Your website will be integrated into an intuitive, easy to use content management system. We provide key user training as well as training guides and videos, so you and your team can manage all aspects of the website after it’s been launched. Don’t have the time to make a quick amend? That’s no problem. Just let us know what you need, and we’ll update your site for you. All part of the service. Complex changes can also be accommodated. Just let us know and we’ll provide a quote for the work.
